Open E note on low E string not recognized

Hi There,
Open E note on low E string not recognized in polyphone mode.
It does work in mono mode only.
Tried it on two different guitars.

It might be outside the range of the vst instrument that you are using. So it plays the low F but not the E?

Did you change the type of guitar tuning? You have to select drop d tuning.

Thx guys the problem is solved with the drop D tuning although the guitar has standard tuning.
