Purchased the app but NEVER shows up in iTunes

I just purchased the midi guitar for Garageband app via iTunes.
I had to contact APPLE SUPPORT because the app did not show up in my download.
APPLE sees the purchase so I did buy it but its not available to download on my iMAC.

I can send you a screen shot or web order number

The “MIDI Guitar for Garageband” app is free on iTunes, but there is an in-app-purchase inside the app.
You should see the IAP in the “purchase history” in iTunes (click show all). If its not there you didn’t buy the In-App-Purchase.
