The following links display the use of midi to control a DAW or any device that responds to midi commands. In this example a midi foot controller is used to switch between four present effect banks based on user preferences. The control board is a Behringer FCB1010 and the DAW is Ableton Live. Both the controller and DAW can be of any make or model provided that they comply with midi standards.
