Is is possible to have more than one instance of MG2 or MG3 running simultaneously?
Yes. The only issue I’ve found is that with two instances of MG3 standalone, you can’t merge the virtual MIDI outputs if both are running MIDI Output modules (macOS) but that’s probably by design – to save users from themselves. 
In the latest beta you can assign each a different output source though.
