Shadow SH-075 system help

Greetings. I’ve had a SH-075 for years. Recently the hi E string doesn’t trigger at all. I bought a second converter box, but no difference. This happened once before, but I don’t recall what remedied it.And yes, I’ve adjusted the pickup height.

I’d have a look at the vguitar forums for anything hex pickup related. The collective level of expertise there is unmatched.
