Is there a midi controller that can do slides like iPad’s velocity keyboard and the linnstrument? I mean one that I can easily use while playing with midi guitar 3. Can the breath controller do slides?
Use the Legato MIDI machine with the note extension set to 13ms. I own a Linnstrument and this gives you that same pitch sliding and it is very smooth. You will want to turn it off for things like pianos, but works really well for most everything else. This is something I have wanted from a guitar midi controller since the 80’s and we now have it with MG3. Thanks again @JamO !

I found another way to do it but having a hard time understanding cc values and how to make their connection and routing. I would like to find a tutorial about it. I can control the pitch bend with this app called midi designer but is pitch bend the same as slide cc? I’m so confused lol
Sorry I misunderstood your question. You are talking about slide cc74. The best way I have found to control that is with an expression pedal. It is difficult to use a controller that requires your hands while playing guitar. I believe Boss makes an expression pedal that connects via usb to the computer. @LoFiLeiF has a video that shows how to set this up.
This is with MG2, but the same principles apply.
