Solid State Logic USB Audio Interface Does not recognize midi guitar

My new Solid State Logic USB Audio Interface does not recognize Midi guitar- meaning when I play the guitar using the Solid State Logic USB Audio Interface as input and output Midi Guitar does not do anything- I don’t see the lines (vertical) moving.

The interface doesn’t recognize the software? That simply doesn’t make sense.

No mention of which platform you’re using MG2 on?

Anyway…

  1. Verify you can get a signal from the interface in your undefined system;
  2. Check the software’s I/O settings.

Assuming you are on Windows, make sure you have (the latest) ASIO drivers installed for that interface.
