Starting with MIDI Guitar 3 - Things you need to know (VIDEO)

I did this video as a starting point for anyone unfamiliar with MIDI Guitar software in general, or the MIDI Guitar 3 software in particular. The first part of this series is intended to go into detail on topics like tracker settings, a (perceived) latency/tracking concept, and signal chain questions. Hopefully there is something wothwhile in here.

This is part one, where the next video will cover plugin settings and dynamic shaping strategies, with the same goal of improving or at least retaining the highest quality tracking achievable.

Just watched it this morning and this was for me the most informative of all your vids to date… I’ve been able to get much more understanding of the basic signal flow and how to use various functions and modules.
Great job and I highly recommend any one floundering around trying to get a basic understanding of this wonderful piece of software. I’ve been a mg2 user since 2012.

Totally agree!

In fact, I think that you should have done this one first.
