The NEW Eventide ROTARY MOD add on I purchased many weeks ago caused ALL the problems - it was a 14 day trial.
It finally registered today. Did I say something about registering???
Thanks for all the help trying to wreck all my stuff. Hopefully I can get most of it back now since the already paid for Eventide vst has a slime period from Sweetwater or something.
Maybe I don’t like the Ilok? I wonder why???
Thanks for all the help.
Unfortunately MG2 has lost some instruments.
I’m sure If I redo everything now MG2 and MG3 will work.
I could have some help on that I hope.
The whole reason for installing MG3 was so that I could plug in the Eventide Rotary Mod and get it to work with a CC Foot Controller.
Now it’s too late and I don’t like things that do not work.
I’ve tried so many things to get MG3 stand alone to run properly but it still will not.
Ir installs and runs fine the the Studio One DAW but will not run properly as a stand alone.
Unfortunately none of the additional instruments I have can be scanned into MG3 because that has to be done with the stand alone so just using it in a DAW doesn’t help use the new Eventide Rotary Mod I purchased.
I thought Eventide had registered it but now it says it isn’t. The Rotary mod was the entire reason for me installing MG3 because I don’t know how to assign the CC7 pedal (on the FCB1010 footcontroller) to work in MG2 and smoeone said that it could be assignd in MG3.
For now, is there any way to assign the CC#7 to the Rotary Mod “Speed” in MG2?
If not I will need to get MG3 running properly. It almost works but none of the GUI controls can be clicked on or moved. At first it wouldn’t find the ASIO drivers but now it’s ok because someone told me about the keyboard shortcut to pick the Audio driver.
Also, is there a list of Keyboard shortcuts for MG3?
I downloaded MG3 onto a windows 10 computer. It is not the laptop and has NO audio interface other than standard windows Realtek Hd audio.
I then ran MG3 and it does allow me to use the mouse to click on things but obviously does not have any audio interface or midi interface like I attached to the laptop with windows 10 and the PresonusStudio 24C interface.
This is good news because at least it will install on Windows 10 64bit and seems to react properly.
