I started with the free MG2 and did the 2 upgrades. I have running on an ipad through the camera interface and a Xtone Pro. I am completely lost when it comes to being able to controll MG2 with the foot controller. I have FX Bias and it’s easy to turn effects on and off or change patches. With MG2 I can even find an option to assign these functions. I feel like either my software didn’t update or I spent money to get zero added functionality. I want to be able to control the guitar effects, the synth effects, and change patches with the Xtone. I suppose I could run FX Bias in the background for amp and effects functionality but I’d still like to control and/or turn synth effects on and off using the footswitch while playing. Some detailed instruction for DUMMIES would be appreciated.
