Macos Catalina (currently in beta) has tightened the macos security for Audio Unit components.
Our MIDI Guitar2.component is accepted, but MIDI Bass.component isn’t.
If you need to use MIDI Bass inside Logic, Garageband or Mainstage, please postpone updating to Catalina!
If you allready did switch to Catalina: you can use the MIDI Bass standalone to get midi to Logic/Garageband/Mainstage. just enable the virtual midi output in the interface section of the standalone MIDI Bass app.
Our VST’s are not touched by this issue. In all other DAW’s VST usage is recommended.
