Way too quiet in here (my new mg machine?)

too quiet - raises ones hackles. or feckles.

should i?:

i bet it will run mg3 without issue. 4 cores, 8gb ram, looks sturdy enough, could be mounted to a mic stand.

it probably won’t run any serious vst’s. but it will fit into your guitar case.

((i wouldn’t be shopping for questionable pc’s on amazon if that windows beta was available, hint hint))

Intel® Celeron N4120: this processor has a frequency of only 1.1 GHz and a maximum of 2.6 GHz in Turbo Speed mode. I’m afraid that’s not enough for real-time audio. A frequency of at least 2,5 to 3 GHz seems to me to be ideally necessary to work serenely.

If you’re looking for a compact solution, it’s better to go for mini PCs. I know a musician who use one for live performance with very heavy configurations (20 to 30 plugins simultaneously).

GEEKOM Mini IT11, i7-11390H 2.9GHz (up to 5.0GHz), 32GB DDR4 RAM 1TB M.2 SSD for 450€

Just add a touch screen of the size you want and you’ve got a more compact and more powerful solution for real-time performance.
