Fixed: License code/Activation problems

I have following this since begining of MG3 beta. It never worked for me, never received code for activation via mail or so. Hopefully this will be resolved upon offical MG3 out.
I have licence key on my dextop for MG2, it might work for MG3 later on?

The issues in this thread were all addressed and emails are always sent out if the email is matching a purchase order.

My best guess is that you used another email to purchase it? If you send me a private message with the email you used for the purchase, I’ll look it up.

Hating to reopen a closed topic BUT… I’m having the same issue. I tried the 7-step process; unsurprisingly, it’s out of date but not badly. I’ve tried 4 times, I believe, and no hint of return email, spam or not. I’ve looked into my (Mac) license file and the email address isn’t in it. I believe I made my purchase from this address. I could be wrong about that, since the purchase was in 2015. If that’s the case, though, I won’t have access to the old address, so now what?

I forgot one possibility and that actually seems to have worked. However, I really need to get my email address updated with you folks. And my apologies to the forum for resurrecting old news when the problem was, as usual, at my end. :slightly_frowning_face:
